1. Services
Funderce provides crowdfunding and ecommerce consulting services, including strategy sessions, mentorship programs, and conversion rate optimization. Our services are advisory in nature—we provide guidance and frameworks, but you are responsible for execution.
2. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results from our services. Success depends on many factors including your product, execution, budget, and market conditions. Our strategies have helped campaigns raise millions, but past results do not guarantee future performance.
3. Payment Terms
- Strategy Sessions: Payment required before booking
- Mentorship: Payment for each 30-day period in advance
- CRO Services: Payment required before work begins
4. Cancellation Policy
- Strategy Sessions: Cancel up to 24 hours before for full refund. Within 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable
- Mentorship: Month-to-month, no auto-renewal. No refunds for current period once started
- CRO Services: Refunds considered case-by-case before work begins. No refunds once work has started
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, blueprints, and strategies provided are proprietary to Funderce. You may use them for your own campaigns but may not redistribute, resell, or share them with third parties.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business details, strategies, or campaign information without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Funderce's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
8. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about your product and business
- Executing strategies and recommendations
- Complying with platform rules (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Shopify)
- All aspects of product development, fulfillment, and customer service
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
