1. Services

Funderce provides consulting services across crowdfunding, ecommerce, and lead generation, including strategy sessions, session packages, CRO audits, CRO implementation, and mentorship programs. Unless otherwise specified (e.g., CRO implementation), our services are advisory in nature - we provide guidance and frameworks, but you are responsible for execution.

2. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results from our services. Success depends on many factors including your product, execution, budget, and market conditions. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

3. Payment Terms

  • Strategy Sessions: One-time payment required before booking
  • Session Packages: One-time payment for a set of sessions, valid for 30 days from purchase
  • CRO Audits: One-time payment required before work begins
  • CRO Implementation: One-time payment required before work begins
  • Mentorship: Monthly subscription billed automatically. You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle

All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices displayed on this website are exclusive of tax. VAT or other applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Strategy Sessions: Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the session. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable
  • Session Packages: Unused sessions expire after 30 days. No refunds for expired sessions
  • CRO Audits & Implementation: Refunds considered case-by-case before work begins. No refunds once work has started
  • Mentorship: Cancel your subscription anytime - you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for the current period

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, blueprints, and strategies provided are proprietary to Funderce. You may use them for your own projects but may not redistribute, resell, or share them with third parties.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business details, strategies, or campaign information without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Funderce's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about your product and business
  • Executing strategies and recommendations
  • Complying with all relevant platform rules (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Shopify, Meta, etc.)
  • All aspects of product development, fulfillment, and customer service

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
